History and Reputation

In 1983 Gary Keller and Joe Williams created Keller Williams with just a few agents and a tiny office in Austin, Texas. Their objective was simple “How can we run the company in such a way that Agents achieve everything they want and at the same time we achieve everything we want?” From this simple premises they developed the proven Keller Williams business model.

The profit/ growth sharing system uses a programme where agents who stay with the company for a minimum of three years will continue to see profit/ growth share income for the rest of their lives.

You don’t need any formal qualifications to join us but you will be required to undertake a formal interview and assessment to see if you have the requirements and aptitude for the role.

Becoming a Keller Williams agent doesn’t cost a lot of money. It does however require a big investment of your time. In return we’ll invest all our time on making you as successful as we can. After all your success is our success.

Big Financial Returns

The sky is the limit and you’re only limited by your own ambition. The unique Keller Williams commission structure allows you to quickly grow your business with complete financial transparency. With each property sale you’ll know up-front the commission you’ll receive and there’s no hidden costs or unexpected surprises.

And with success comes a greater share of the commission. Once you reach a certain level of sales per year you’ll then receive 90% of the commission on each property sale thereafter.

Mega Agents

The more successful you are the more the opportunities open up for increased wealth creation. Reaching a certain level of commission enables you to become a Keller Williams Mega Agent. This not only means you’re in the top 5% of Keller Williams agents worldwide but also that you can now share your knowledge and wisdom with other KW Agents at Mega Camp.

Growth Sharing Scheme

Our growth sharing scheme financially rewards agents for bringing other talented, productive agents to the company by giving them a share of the revenues generated by the new agents.

Can I join as a part-time agent?

Yes. But we don’t advise it.

Becoming a successful and profitable agent requires time and commitment. The more you put in the better your chances of success.

Clients also demand commitment from their agent. Don’t forget you’ll most likely be selling their biggest and most important asset and so anything other than 100% commitment will not be good enough for them or for the LPP estates/ Keller Williams brand.

I already operate as an Estate Agent. Can I switch it to LPP Estates?

The LPP Estates team operate independently but as a part of Keller Williams. As a member of our team you will have access to all the education courses, training and technology that Keller Williams offers.

What happens if I want to leave in 3 years?

Not a problem. We understand that circumstances change and so we’ll work together with you to find the best options should you decide to leave us.

Can I run my own team within LPP estates after being an Agent?

Yes. We love success stories and there’s no reason why, as a successful agent, you can’t become a successful team owner

Can I use my own systems and marketing materials?

Yes. We offer all this as part of the agent package but if you want to use you’re own marketing materials then that’s fine too as long as they adhere to the Keller Williams’ Code of Practice.
